Dr. Adel’s qualifications combine rigorous scholarship with applied professional training. Academically, he holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MA in Islamic Jurisprudence, a Higher Diploma in Family Counseling, a BA in Islamic Studies, plus a Diploma in Business Administration and an Intermediate Diploma in Quranic Studies. This foundation is complemented by extended programs spanning Sharia, management, cognitive and skills development—ranging from diplomas in fiqh and hadith of rulings, theology and faith sciences to teacher-prep tracks (Quran teacher training, educator preparation), creative writing, and a three-year fiqh program at Murtaqa Institute. His applied edge comes from professional qualifications as a Family Counselor (King Saud University), Family Guide (Mawaddah Association), Trainer (King Abdulaziz University), and an Arbitration Qualification Program (Dar Al-Qarar Center), alongside practical experience in training, arbitration, and advisory work. Together, these credentials enable him to fuse textual rigor with modern managerial practice to design measurable, real-world training and decision tools.
Dr. Adel brings 25+ years of hands-on experience across training, arbitration, family counseling, and business revitalization, in addition to teaching, supervision, administration, and civic work. He has delivered programs for government and educational entities and served in academic roles such as Secretary of the Department of Fiqh & Usul. This breadth enables him to convert developmental vision into measurable outcomes for individuals and organizations.
